I believe one day we will be able to fly. I don’t know if we will have wings but I know we have surprises far beyond our imaginations. We should live with anticipation, excitement, and longing for what awaits us. The finish line is the start of something new and eternal. You know that feeling when you see all the presents under the Christmas tree, your minds thinks what could it be? You start guessing and dreaming Of what is in the special present. God loves it when we look at His gifts in that way.
Hope, promise, faith, belief, expectation, joy, creativity are all things God wants us to have regardless of what we are currently experiencing. Each and everyone of these attributes displays what we believe. God has a bigger imagination than anyone of us, but if you think God doesn’t take account of your imagination your wrong. Think about how we encourage our children’s imaginations and how we allow them to create, the same is with God. God encourages us to imagine, hope, display the beauty He created in us after all He created each of us with a individual special quality to create, it is His creativity formed in our hearts!
Colossians 1:5 the faith and love that spring from the hope stored up for you in heaven and about which you have already heard in the true message of the gospel
Genesis 28:12 He had a dream in which he saw a stairway resting on the earth, with its top reaching to heaven, and the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.
Psalm 19:1 [ Psalm 19 ] [ For the director of music. A psalm of David. ] The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
Revelation 21
15 The angel who talked with me had a measuring rod of gold to measure the city, its gates and its walls. 16 The city was laid out like a square, as long as it was wide. He measured the city with the rod and found it to be 12,000 stadia[c] in length, and as wide and high as it is long. 17 The angel measured the wall using human measurement, and it was 144 cubits[d] thick.[e] 18 The wall was made of jasper, and the city of pure gold, as pure as glass. 19 The foundations of the city walls were decorated with every kind of precious stone. The first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third agate,
the fourth emerald, 20 the fifth onyx, the sixth ruby, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth turquoise, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst.[f] 21 The twelve gates were twelve pearls, each gate made of a single pearl. The great street of the city was of gold, as pure as transparent glass.
Revelation 12:14
The woman was given the two wings of a great eagle, so that she might fly to the place prepared for her in the wilderness, where she would be taken care of for a time, times and half a time, out of the serpent’s reach.
Even I wish to fly
Haha!
When I was younger, I always had the ability to fly in a different kind of way. I dreamed to fly, make a difference and who knows, maybe do something that is out of this world even because for me, life is too short to do cooking and cleaning the home; its about having courage and taking to the skies. 🙂
Amen, thank you for your comment!
