THE RISING OF HIS SAINTS

THE RISING OF HIS SAINTS

In the age we are in
One might begin
To look to the signs
Of His coming
The scriptures unfold
The prophesies were told
Of an end to come
Oh Jacob oh Israel
The center of His zeal
As the blood moons occur
Are they signs to insure
A newness coming
For some they might be running
From the truth that is coming
As Israel stands to be alone
Though we know His lasting covenant
Yet the wicked face their punishment
For rejecting His truth
It’s a time to stand and pray
That not one shall be led astray
As the temple is once again rebuilt
He walks through the entrance gate
The trumpet sounds
To the rising of His saints

Is his view to radical? How does it stand up to scripture? All of us who follow Jesus are radical to one extent or another! Should we just ignore this teaching? Should we keep an open mind toward it? I believe that the north star marked the entrance of Jesus, I believe the rainbow was a sign of promise, and I find this message on blood moons interesting especially with what is taking place in Israel. Is it a sign? I will keep watching! Jesus says to pay attention to the signs and so I will be looking! Please give me your opinion on this. Your comments are welcomed!

Hebrews 2 New International Version (NIV)

Warning to Pay Attention
2 We must pay the most careful attention, therefore, to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away. 2 For since the message spoken through angels was binding, and every violation and disobedience received its just punishment, 3 how shall we escape if we ignore so great a salvation? This salvation, which was first announced by the Lord, was confirmed to us by those who heard him. 4 God also testified to it by signs, wonders and various miracles, and by gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will.

Matthew 24 New International Version (NIV)

The Destruction of the Temple and Signs of the End Times
24 Jesus left the temple and was walking away when his disciples came up to him to call his attention to its buildings. 2 “Do you see all these things?” he asked. “Truly I tell you, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.”

3 As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”

4 Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. 6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of birth pains.

9 “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. 10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

15 “So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination that causes desolation,’[a] spoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand— 16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17 Let no one on the housetop go down to take anything out of the house. 18 Let no one in the field go back to get their cloak. 19 How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! 20 Pray that your flight will not take place in winter or on the Sabbath. 21 For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again.

22 “If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. 23 At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. 24 For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 25 See, I have told you ahead of time.

26 “So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. 27 For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 28 Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.

29 “Immediately after the distress of those days

“‘the sun will be darkened,
and the moon will not give its light;
the stars will fall from the sky,
and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’[b]
30 “Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth[c] will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory.[d] 31 And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.

32 “Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. 33 Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it[e] is near, right at the door. 34 Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. 35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

A TIME FOR THE SWORD

logo

A TIME FOR THE SWORD

Where there are clouds
There are lies ready to shout
In the wilderness it’s dark
Once inside it’s terror is stark
Where the Jedi is trained
Where a death remains
Of ones old self
The wilderness is transforming
A time to be conforming
To the one that is truth
A time to battle the burden of proof
Trusting on the Word alone
A time to set the tone
For future events
A time to build a tent
For the Lord
A time for the sword

Matthew 4:1-25 [Full Chapter]

[ Jesus Is Tested in the Wilderness ] Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. After fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry. The tempter came to him and said, “If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread.” …

If we are to walk as Jesus walked, we will be tested as He was tested. We will not have the perfect victory as He had, but we will see His perfect victory through our imperfections! Sometimes we create the wilderness experience ourselves by our own choices.

Exodus 7:16

Then say to him, ‘The Lord, the God of the Hebrews, has sent me to say to you: Let my people go, so that they may worship me in the wilderness. But until now you have not listened.

Whether we created it ourselves or God simply led us into the wilderness, the wilderness experience is intended for us to come to a place of submission and worship to God. We will remain defeated until we are exhausted of all our efforts and learn to rely totally upon Him!

Leviticus 16:10

But the goat chosen by lot as the scapegoat shall be presented alive before the Lord to be used for making atonement by sending it into the wilderness as a scapegoat.

Notice the scapegoat was sent into the wilderness, just as the Israelite’s, Jesus, Job, Moses, You and I. It is important in our walks. It is probably the most important time for training purposes. How you come out of it will define the soldier you will be for God!

Psalm 15:1 [ Psalm 15 ] [ A psalm of David. ]

Lord, who may dwell in your sacred tent? Who may live on your holy mountain?

There must be the making of a sacred tent in the wilderness. A place for you and the Lord. A place where you throw out sin, and worship the Lord during the wilderness experience.

Job 22:23

If you return to the Almighty, you will be restored: If you remove wickedness far from your tent

Psalm 27:5

For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his sacred tent and set me high upon a rock.

Psalm 61:4

I long to dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings.

HE HUNG THE MOON

Moldable heart, caring
Trust worthy and true
Beautiful, that’s you
Made perfect and new
Full of priceless gifts
UN-measurable, divine
Your the special kind
You don’t know it yet
Your fruit is divine
Your still forming
Pruned of the vine
Priceless to Him
Magnificent in every way
Believe from your heart
Everything that is true
When He made you
He hung the moon

We struggle so much, trying to understand our value to God. We judge His love for us by all the wrong things. How good looking we are, how talented, If things are going good or bad in our lives and how wealthy we are. Non of these things are based on the measure of Gods love for us.

He placed in each of us a special quality of Him! Not one of us the same. Each carrying a special piece of Him. Our identity in Christ has been lost in the fall. We became naked and ashamed. Christ work on the cross gave us garments of praise. We need to clothe ourselves with Christ. Our beauty and Identity is in Him.

Our sin is replaced with His blood, our failure is replaced with His victory. Our shame with His mercy, our hatred with His love, our pride with His humility, our judgement with His grace. We are beautifully made.

Ecclesiastes 3:11

He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.

Psalm 139:14

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

Isaiah 61:10

I delight greatly in the Lord; my soul rejoices in my God. For he has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of his righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.

Psalm 117:2 For great is his love toward us, and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever. Praise the Lord.

Psalm 136:23 He remembered us in our low estate His love endures forever.

Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

No matter what you are going through, or what you think of yourself, the truth is you are special. The only thing missing is you looking past your current situation and connecting with the truth, It will change your life. God bless!

ANOTHER FLOWER WILL BE OPEN

logo

ANOTHER FLOWER WILL OPEN

As the flower opens
To the warmth of the sun
A seed dormant awaiting its beauty
The sky above turns gloomy
Water falls upon a thirsty land
A pearl is formed from the sand
Our hearts as clay in His hands
Creation an art to the poet
For one to bestow it
As his words paint his picture
Making others richer
Placing his heart on a canvass
So others might understand this
A stamp of his person
To create a diversion
To lead them to Him
So they might begin
To receive their hearts being lit
You read it and know who wrote it
His poetry is everywhere
If you look in a mirror and glare
You just might see Him there
Another seal will be broken
Another flower will be open

WATER MY LOVE

logo

WATER MY LOVE

I’m sorry, forgive me
I know I’ve hurt you
The current has taken you
I’m fighting the waves
To get you back
The rose is wilting
I can’t get through it’s thorns
The seeds I threw
Fell on rocky ground
And now the only sound
There is silence found
Your thorns the color red
Your body wilted
The cross now empty
So is the tomb
Jesus You Rose
Forgive me, then
Water my love

PREDESTINED

PREDESTINED

I’m sitting on a rock of a cliff overlooking the ocean
My arms around my legs and my chin on my knees
The sun is setting, I can see a family of dolphins
swimming in the distance, I’m alone, it’s quiet and beautiful
I came here because I needed to get away, I’m glad I did
The truth is I came here to talk to you. Though you knew that all along. Lord I don’t always know what to say. I’m struggling and there is no one that understands me like you. You know me inside and out. I need you so much! I need direction, I need your help. I don’t know which direction I should go in my life. I don’t know your will for my life.

My precious child, I am here, I am always with you!
Your life I have predestined for a purpose. I am in control,
Though everything I do not cause. I work all things for good according to those who are called. Trust me in everything! continue to seek me, choose according to my word, follow my teaching. When you get off the path, I will lead you back. When you get lost, I will find you. When trouble strikes, I am with you. Remember the disciples on the boat when the storm came? Have faith, I am faithful. Open your heart to me and I will lead you. Knock on doors until one opens, it will lead to many other doors. Trust in me to get you to where I have already called you to. So come!

Romans 8:28

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

Ephesians 1:11

In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will,

FOR ETERNITY

logo

FOR ETERNITY

In the light of the moon, I see your face
The shinning of the stars, I see your grace
In the tallest oaks, I see Your strength
I look at the galaxies, your mercy, the length
As far as the east is to the west
That’s how far your love manifests
All that is true, I love you!
When I look at the flowers
I see your beauty, your power
To create. In those moments they take
My breath away. The waterfalls, how great
And mighty are they, The pounding of the oceans waves
Like the power of your presence, your glory, array
I want to sit with you and stay
For eternity

BURNING BUSH

logo

THE BURNING BUSH

I burned in you desire
To seek the King of Kings
I carried your heart on eagles wings
I led you to holy ground
You heard my voice, the sound
Of one calling in the wilderness
To the prodigals, a witness
I’ve called you to be
There it stood a burning bush
My glory, to give you a push
Helping you reach beyond the norm
A reminder, for the coming storms
At times, I will be considered sleeping
Remember my glory in keeping
All I have given you
Believe, Live by what Is true
My promises will ensue
The day I considered to push
Transforming your identity
At the burning bush

Some of us have truly seen the glory of God in our lives. Some of us like Moses have had a burning bush experience. I believe like Moses, it was because of our brokenness, weakness, and inner need for God to do something powerful to move us above and beyond the norm of what we would otherwise be unable to accomplish. Doubting Thomas needed to see Jesus and the hole in His side, and not only see it but put his finger in the hole itself.

God will do this for some people according to their need to accomplish their purpose. If you look at the life of Moses you can clearly see why God moved so powerfully in his life. If God hadn’t, Moses would have never followed God. Moses was afraid to speak and God gave him Aron, but not without a little frustration.

There are some of you who are envious of other peoples experiences with God. Please don’t be, If you needed it to accomplish what God has for you, He will do it. Faith is measured differently in each of us. You may have the kind of faith that doesn’t require a burning bush.

In my own experience God moved very powerfully in the first few years of my ministry. Signs and wonders, amazing wonderful things. As the years went on they became less and less. They became markers that I would go back to when I needed encouragement to push forward, when I would be tempted to doubt, fear, or fell weak. Those beginning times with God have carried me to where I am today.

Attacks from the Enemy have come trying to tell me the reason God doesn’t move today like He did in the beginning, is some how my fault. My sin, my disobedience, my choices. The truth is we must all grow, especially weak people like myself. He says when we are weak we are strong. This is what He is talking about! When our weakness meets faith, to whatever God measures to give us, we are made strong by it. Faith is the answer to strength! Faith in Him, not in ourselves. The sooner you learn this the better off you will be.

Never push away needy people, because where there are needy people there is God!

Romans 12 New International Version (NIV)

Humble Service in the Body of Christ
3 For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you. 4 For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, 5 so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. 6 We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your[a] faith; 7 if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; 8 if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead,[b] do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.

(In accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you.)

Acts 7

30 “After forty years had passed, an angel appeared to Moses in the flames of a burning bush in the desert near Mount Sinai. 31 When he saw this, he was amazed at the sight. As he went over to get a closer look, he heard the Lord say: 32 ‘I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.’[f] Moses trembled with fear and did not dare to look.

33 “Then the Lord said to him, ‘Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground. 34 I have indeed seen the oppression of my people in Egypt. I have heard their groaning and have come down to set them free. Now come, I will send you back to Egypt.’[g]

Exodus 4 New International Version (NIV)

10 Moses said to the Lord, “Pardon your servant, Lord. I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue.”

11 The Lord said to him, “Who gave human beings their mouths? Who makes them deaf or mute? Who gives them sight or makes them blind? Is it not I, the Lord? 12 Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say.”

13 But Moses said, “Pardon your servant, Lord. Please send someone else.”

14 Then the Lord’s anger burned against Moses and he said, “What about your brother, Aaron the Levite? I know he can speak well. He is already on his way to meet you, and he will be glad to see you. 15 You shall speak to him and put words in his mouth; I will help both of you speak and will teach you what to do. 16 He will speak to the people for you, and it will be as if he were your mouth and as if you were God to him. 17 But take this staff in your hand so you can perform the signs with it.”

God knows are weakness from Moses to King David. God will give you what you need. If He hasn’t given you, I’m guessing, you already have been given all that you need according to your faith or you must seek Him in the cave of your heart as Moses did!

SEE WHAT I WILL DO

logo

SEE WHAT I WILL DO

My darling what troubles you
My love for you, has never been more true
You struggle deep within
Your constant struggle with your sin
There is nothing you can do
To change my love for you
Let my love and grace lead and ensue
My spirit is working to intercede what’s true
Understand my commitment, it endured to the cross
My passion is to recover all that has been lost
But you have been found
So precious, renown
You are known, and special to me
Set your mind at ease
It is my love that will change you
You are the elect, the chosen, the few
Walk close to me
See what I will do

DEAD MEN FREE

logo

DEAD MEN FREE

I was dead, dry bones ready for ashes
Walking among the living, with no passage
To the kingdom above, I knew not love
Only sin within me, I was far from free
In a tomb made for the walking dead
Blind with so many lies filling my head
He hung dying, my weight upon His shoulders
Placed in the tomb awaiting me, He rolled away the stone
With angels hovering above the tomb
The Lord Of Lords, Would be walking among us, soon!
He cried Lazarus come forth
Lazarus walked to the groom
The stone upon our hearts made room, for Him
And the dead men rose, made new, ready to begin
Learning a life of resurrection, a collection
Of dry men’s bones, awaiting beauty for ashes
The power, the glory, The story, of His actions
That set, dead men free!
