THE WANDERER
Windows open, doors close
It’s a funny thing I suppose
A seekers opportunity
Silent whispering Unity
Longing to connect
Ones passions met
On the road to glory
Let me tell you a story
Of the wanderer
I’m kind of fond of her
She’s a wonderful friend
It’s because of her the story begins
She never knew where to go
Always looking for someone to show
Her the direction
Upon inspection
I realized her gift
Even though her mind would drift
Her heart was always open
I’m guessing that’s why when she found Him
His life in her had spoken
The drifter now heard the whisper
Of an open window
The closed door, in limbo
She took His hand
She new that she was damned
He gave her directions
She made her confessions
Then He gave His life for Hers
